Took my retired boyfriend here since he was stationed in Bahrain for 5 years and let me just say he was overly excited for his food he’s been wanting. Besides the food, bought a facial wash and a facial mask. Let’s just say, that facial mask and scrub is the best darn thing I’ve ever bought! And they were 6$!!

On February 5, 2026, I purchased items from SwaDesi Grocers and discovered that one of the products they sold me was expired. Selling expired food is dangerous and shows zero quality control. When I spoke to the employee about it, he simply said, “we don’t give refunds and we don’t take open products.” This response is unacceptable—especially when they are the ones selling expired items in the first place. This level of negligence and customer service is shocking. Customers should not have to inspect every single item just to avoid getting sick. I won’t be shopping here again, and others should be extremely cautious.

The lady was very nice and helpful to show me around and help me choose things, personly i wasn't a big fan of "any" of the food and drinks i tried but someone else would like it. The place looked very clean. A good mix of food and utilities.

This new Indian store is everything we’ve been waiting for! It’s big, clean, and fully stocked with everything from fresh produce to frozen meals, snacks, spices, and all the household staples you usually have to drive out of town for. The aisles are wide, well-organized, and honestly—it just feels good to walk in and see a proper setup that’s clearly made for our community. They’ve got all the trusted brands, tons of variety, and even fresh sweet food made in AM. The staff is friendly and helpful, and you can tell this place was set up right. No more guessing or long drives—this is the real deal. So happy it’s finally here! 👏🏽🎉

I’m so excited for corpus to have something like this! The store is big and beautiful and the selections resemble that of India. Anything India food related you’ll find without a doubt. The people there are so kind and helpful as well! A new staple for my shopping needs
